1. My name is Colin Hill, I am from Memphis and currently living in Memphis.

4.I attend college at the Memphis College of Art, fine art school has taught me to be more aware of ulterior meaning and think less technical. To attack every problem with at least three answers.

6.When I animate, I like to work with characters that are creatures as oppose to humans. Preferably original creatures not found in the natural world, like aliens or strange monsters.
7.I am currently working on my BFA thesis animation.
8. I began my training working in 2D animation and when I was introduced to the possibilites of 3D animation, I immediately knew that was the medium I wanted to continue working in.
9. A seminal experience I have had as an artist is probably working in collaboration with other artists for the first time. As an animator I mostly work by myself, working in a group and being able to bounce ideas and techniques off one another was a much more rewarding and fun experience for me than working in seclusion.
10.My favorite artist is probably Stan Lee. As a child I spent musch of my time reading comic books. Stan Lee's fascinating characters were one of the primary reasons I decided I wanted to create my own, which lead me to become an artist.
11.Probably George Lucas. One of my biggest dreams is to work with the Star Wars universe and to do that alongside George Lucas would be the best.
12.I don't think I have a favorite individual piece of artwork but story telling is my favorite medium whether it be literature, film, animation, or illustrated story.
13.I get inspiration from what ever fascinates me, I can't really pinpoint anything in particular.
